It provides great seclusion for kids and allows for a home office that can accommodate clients while maintaining privacy and includes it own bathroom (could be used as a casita or mother in law suite). Side entry double car garage with a front entry single door as well. Master is on main level, and upper floor has three bedrooms and media room. All this and under 3500 sq.ft. Great design.
