2008 SUHBA Parade of Homes #6 “Fantasia”
This home was designed for our client the Nielsons. The end result is built atop Westgate Hills in Washington, Utah. This 23,000+ sq.ft. home features a 60 ft. tall atrium spanning three stories and protrudes out the roof with a 12 ft. sq. glass skylight. The basement features a 2400 sq.ft. arcade, including two full size bowling lanes, a golf simulator, and 40+ pin ball machines which the owner collects. Across the hall is a wellness center, including exercise, spa, tanning, massage, sitting and therapy rooms. Also in the basement is a sports grill at the entrance of the 20 person theater room, a kids play room with a kids theater.
The main floor houses the master retreat with laundry, kitchen, breakfast, formal dining, guest bedroom, office, grand foyer, great room, and 6 car garage. It also features two water features, one falling three floors and the other falling two floors. Don’t forget the slide at the kids entrance to the basement.
The upper floor has 5 bedrooms and two study areas for the kids, a library, teen loft, ballroom with stage, and kids laundry. Spectacular views, peaceful privacy, and accommodations for all. This home was built by Richardson homes and received quite the buzz during the parade.
Two years later MTV featured the home on an episode of MTV Teen Cribs. The video that aired as episode 19 on Jan 10, 2010 is shown below in case you missed it.
