Since the price of land has jumped since 2005. People have chosen to upgrade their existing residence instead of starting from scratch. I have seen a lot of these lately. Here is a preview of one home that we have recently done.

OK the parade has come and gone and sadly this is the first year that I did not check them all out. I did however manage to check a few of them out though and the ones that I saw were great. Innovative and livable. I have said it before and I will say it again landscaping makes a good home great. So props to my brother of DC Landscapes for a great job.
