2009 SUHBA Parade of Homes #13 “The Desiree”

This home was designed for a local builder as his personal residence. Todd Ashton of Ashton General Contractors approached me with the intent of designing a home based on a plan he had put much thought into with sketched floor plans and such. His plan evolved from his sketches to scaled layouts until it was just as he planned. The garage is 1800 sq. ft. with which he can park his crewcab Ford with his bobcat trailer in tow. Giving much thought to room traffic and space use, this home fits his busy family like a glove. Check it out here. >>

This home was built as a spec house by C.Blake Homes. It is a modest two-story 2500 sq.ft. home. Resting at the bottom of a cul de sac overlooking the Green Valley area and Santa Clara River within Whisper Ridge in St. George, Utah. This home is a bit on its own mixing spanish, southwestern, and ranch styles. This home utilizes great indoor and outdoor spaces with the use of natural elements wood, stone and sun. 2007 ICHBA Parade of Homes #6 “La Sevilla”

This home was built as a spec house by Black Springs Homes. It is built on two lots in the Hunter Glenn Subdivision in Cedar City, Utah. It features 20 ft. ceilings throughout the great room, an open fireplace in the great room, and access to an exterior roof garden from the rear patio.
