So,… as I was sleeping one night I had this very real dream, you know the ones where every detail is vivid and beautiful. The dream itself was rather weird and interesting but the location and specifically the structure where the madness took place was the thing that was the most clear and simple to me especially when I woke up and when I was able to recall the details of the dream days later. So I sat down grabbed a pen and drew up a short and condensed version of my dream, that became the “Lean To and Fro” house plan. I thought that I would include the beginning floor layout sketch that I began with that came from my dream. The simpleness of concrete walls, glass walls and barriers, the use of metal indoor and out, clean lines, open spaces, simple cabinets and casement work, bamboo wood floors throughout, bright white walls with lots of light, bright color accents and warm conversation. Well I added that last part because the company and conversation in my dream was not warm and friendly so I substituted that for a more appealing idea. You love it by it now here!
