Urban Cottage

This plan is based off of an idea I have in my head of what some fairytale cottages must have been like. A big idea in a smaller package. 2 bedrooms and a larger bunk room in the basement. A built in corner dining table takes little space in the kitchen. The rotunda staircase adds a little charm to the mix. Using tankless water heaters at all sinks, tubs, and showers minimizes on space and is great for efficiency. Wood burning fireplace in the great room provides great warmth for the upper levels. The basement and the main floor are each 1000 sq. ft. The upper floor is 556 sq. ft. At 2556 total sq. ft. living space this little package holds great value.
